Reliability analysis for engineers

This text presents the elementary and most-used analytic techniques found in Reliability Engineering. It is written for engineers and other non-statisticians and explains the techniques with their applications firmly in mind. Examples taken from engineering practice introduce and illustrate techniques, then the theory behind the examples is carefully explained.
