About This Book

I used this book today at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is amazing. It contains the complete history of the Hutchins name including its origins, the first time it was found in print, every permutation of the spelling, where and how it was changed and spread, etc. Jack Randolph Hutchins' research is exhaustive. He cut no corners and made no assumptions. There are complete family trees and histories, including stories and historical connections. His bibliography is impressive, as is the list of contributors. He personally traveled all over the world to conduct his research. I might need to get my own copy. It is over two inches thick. I am so grateful for this book.
