This is a consideration of the "legitimacy" of enthusiasm shown at Methodist camp meetings, the presumption of "loud exclamations, wonderful ecstasies, great lamentations, clapping the hands, stamping with the feet, falling down and losing [ones] senses" as proof of being saved. It also presents arguments representing the authors unitarian beliefs.
