Resource allocation in public education

This historical study analyzed thirty five years of public school expanditures in Clark Country, Nevada for evidence of change in spending patterns. The purpose of the study was to discover whether or not the organizational structure of the schools had been allowed to drift from the elected school boards' statements of objectives and the public's expectation of their schools.
