Out of a total of 82 works presented at theConvocatoria de Historieta Trans 2018 organized by the Dirección de Diversidad Sexual of the Municipality of Rosario and the EMR (Editorial Municipal de Rosario), the jury composed ofLaerte, Lucas Morgan and Cecilia Estalles, Magalí Muñiz, Cecilia Saurí and Carla Pericles for the Archivo de la Memoria Trans selected the 22 comics from various Latin American countries that make up this anthology and that focus topics such as: discrimination against dissident bodies and identities, in particular trans, transvestite, transsexual and transgender people, historically excluded through physical, symbolic, psychological, sexual and economic violence from the education, health and formal work system.
