About This Book

The theme of this issue is co-operation. Articles on co-operation consist of the history of the O. A. C. Student's Co-operative Association, the co-operative enterprise of egg circles, and a statement on co-operation. Agricultural articles pertain to environmental influences on fruit trees, the cost of spraying apple orchards, the study of poultry communication, and use of dynamite on the farm. The Experimental column returns in this issue with an article on the 1914 Ontario Experimental Union meeting held on campus. The Macdonald column does not appear in this issue. Campus news reports on the meetings of the Y. M. C. A., Y. W. C. A., the public speaking contest, the skating parties, an article on the sport of boxing, and athletic results. The Alumni column contains biographies of some of the prominent alumni who attended the Experimental Union meeting and updates on alumni from 1910.
