About This Book
Collection of various sizes and types of papers; some typed and some <br />
handwritten; containing the numbers of students in and around Astoria <br />
for the years 1896- 1916. Their parents, addresses, and siblings are <br />
also listed. Each year has a cream-colored paper divider with the year <br />
written on them. Most of the typed papers are thin, translucent<br />
vellum that are often torn, ripped, and weathered edges. The covers are blue on the outside and patterned on the inside. The bottom corners on the outside covers are dark red. There are many scratches and scuff marks on both covers. The front cover has a white rectangular label scotch-taped to the center of the top, with the included years and "Astoria" in black Sharpie. The pages and covers are held together with a binding mechanism on the top edge that has two screws. Size: 9" x 14.5"
