Fortifications médiévales dans les Pyrénées

Castles, country houses, command posts, and many fortified sites of the Pyrenees are abandoned and forgotten. This research program brings to life the world of medieval counties: County of Foix, Couserans, Comminges and interactions between sites. This book is the result of research on medieval fortifications by archaeologists, historians, a linguist, a specialized architect, etc. This interdisciplinary approach allows the presentation of monographs, regional work, research or innovative methodologies historiography.
