I can do anything

This video book is awsome, i have had the pleasure of having tuthill's other subliminal tapes before, and i have to say withinn 5 minutes of having listened to the tape i was extremely relaxed, and happy. several minutes before listening to the tape for the first time, i was stressed out and not having a good day at all. But listening to the tape brought on an entirely different attitude.
HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.
The tape while listening has some music of nature, and some of what sounds like keyboard very softly.
the subliminal messages are : I feel my own power/I am willing to take a chance/I do more each day/ I relax/ I am unique/ I am willing to change possitively/I am happy/I breathe deeply. (and many more to list.)
