Mezhdunarodnoe sotrudnichestvo v Arktike

The book presents results of the dialogue between Russian and foreign scholars on the issues of political, economic, resource-related and other aspects of development of the Arctic region. Dialogue extends to the issues of Arctic territorial divide, political contradictions caused by the military presence of various powers in the Arctic, difficulties of creation of the Nuclear weapon-free zone in the Arctic, prospects for cooperation of Arctic powers in overcoming socio-economic problems of the region.
