Youth and work

This report is not of course a summary record, or minutes of the discussion. It does, however, adhere as closely as possible to the actual content of the discussions, apart from the requisite comparisons and clarifications. A preliminary draft was submitted to the meeting on the third day. The observations made on that occasion were taken into account, along with subsequent contributions, of course, when the oral report was submitted at the end of the meeting. This oral statement constituted the basis of the present report. Reference is made only to statements made at the meetings by participants or observers.
