Hedgehogs and rowan trees

This book is for young children and aims to help them cope with death and bereavement. The story is about three hedgehogs when one tragically dies the other two are left with the pain and grief that comes with the loss of a loved one. The book takes the reader through the journey of grief and on to a place of acceptance when they find an ‘inner strength’ and are able to move forward. The book is accompanied by a 30 minute tape narrated by the late Lynda Jayne and particularly beautiful background music by Dove recording Studios, Belfast.
