About This Book
"The catechism that imparts the knowledge of salvation, the eternal life and bliss of God, ought to be none other than the same utterance which came down out of Heaven on the day of Pentecost, the very words of the Holy Spirit, by means of which the ancient Christians were enlightened, sanctified and saved; and by means of which everywhere and always every man is enlightened, sanctified and saved. But a catechism mingled with the infernal sounds of the unclean spirit, a catechism causing to resound into the ears other voices than of the Holy Spirit produces no other result than the poisoning and death of the catechumen's soul"--Introduction.
