Analysis and simulation of the Oakes Aquifer

"The purpose of this report is to determine how much additional groundwater from the Oakes aquifer is available and from where in the aquifer. This report will provide the hydrologic basis for Dickey-Sargent Irrigation District (DSID) to determine if the operation of the Oakes Test Area (OTA) would be economically viable before accepting transfer of the OTA from the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to them."--P. 1.
