About This Book
A Work That United Idealistic Vision and Sound Realism.
This is a book about the World Energy Spirit and was written to prevent the domination of, and even to conquer materialism. The author was a wealthy successful business man. Like the average man, during the early part of his life, he believed in God and an unseen world in a vague and indifferent manner.
One day, however, his thoughts turned toward the problems of life, God, matter and spirit. It was typical of Robert Mallan that he could not be satisfied to merely scratch the surface in his investigations, but he continued to work and apply his mind to reach the rood of the problem of "Who is Man!" and "What is Man!" The results of this investigation are brought to you in this book.
The author working from facts unveils the hidden force which gives life. His discoveries are constructed under the eyes of the reader. He discloses the existence and function of the omnipotent, world power Spirit, leading to belief in a personal God.
Robert Mallan's aim was to to advance the torch of knowledge on a secure road of undeniable and irrefutable facts. He shows that life is universal and continues after death.
Before he became interested in spiritual research, the author spent much of his time and money in economic research. His pamphlet "Democracy Without Unemployment" was translated into many languages, and studied by many leading politicians and experts. He had a plan for overcoming unemployment by democratic means, looking ahead to a United World-Finance. He discussed his finance plans with the late President Roosevelt when he was entertained at the White House. He worked unceasingly for the acceptance of his ideas, but like many another great man, he was too far ahead of his time, and the world was not ripe for the changes he advocated.
In business life, he invented a greatly improved mobile field kitchen and an automatic oil burner which were adopted by the U.S. Marine Corps.
Although Robert Mallan had the vision of an idealist, yet he combined with it sound, practical, business sense. He was always striving to help his fellowman.
This book will be appreciated by all people who are interested in acquiring additional sound knowledge. It is a book for the Sceptic, the Believer, and the Thinker. It deals with FACTS.
