Materials will consist of course modules and discussion facilities, and will be made available under a Creative Commons Attribution license. An expert group will participate to the course development and advise on various aspects: copyright law with an international perspective, librarians missions and issues, distance learning and open education methodology and technologies, developing and transition countries situation.
