About This Book
In August 1977, the heads of four federal regulatory agencies: the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, The Food and Drug Administration and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration formed the Interagency Regulatory Liaison Group (IRLG) to ensure that the agencies work closely together in areas of common interest and responsibility. This document contains development plans prepared for each of twenty-four hazardous materials and represents a significant step in reforming our mutual regulatory development processes.
