Storie senza storia. Indagine sull'emigrazione calabrese in Gran Bretagna

The first Italian sociological research (first edition 1981), which proposes the fundamental issue of the "interpretation" of biographical materials. The analysis is based on the categories of phenomenological analysis, the symbolic interactionism and on the theme of time and social space. The categories of space and time connect the individual, not only to his environment, but also to the space-time of the language. The research examines the language with which the individual tells and distributes the social actions performed.
