Trevor Greene is the author of March Forth, about the war in Afghanistan, Bad Date: The Lost Girls of Vancouver s Low Track, about prostitutes murdered by Willy Pickton, and a book on business deals called Closing Bigger. Greene lives in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Mike Velemirovich owns a Volkswagen dealership. He lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
