When Tatjana leaves her hometown Amsterdam and moves to the hockey village Bloemendaal her family and friends think she is crazy. Soon she is taken in tow by her new neighbor Babs, the wealthy queen bee of the village. With a Porsche--cycling is not Babs idea of having fun--Tatjana and her new friend make the rounds of Bloemendaal's grand celebrations and parties. They are introduced to a world of immense wealth, where good manners and adultery balance each other.
