Sexual, physical, and emotional abuse in out-of-home care

Sexual, Physical, and Emotional Abuse in Out-of-Home Care promotes respectful and nurturing interactions by offering healthy concepts of touching, communication, and boundaries. This curriculum, for caregivers and the children for whom they care, brings into the open current or past sexually, physically, or emotionally abusive behaviors between children or between children and their caregivers and helps prevent future victimization.

Twenty exercises assist children and caregivers in understanding their rights and others' rights in out-of-home care facilities including residential treatment centers and group or foster homes.
