The full Russian text of Incoterms-2000, published by the International Chamber of Commerce (publication number 560, 1999), along with detailed commentary on each of the 13 Incoterms bases of delivery. Incoterms are internationally accepted commercial terms defining the respective roles of the buyer and seller in the arrangement of transportation and other responsibilities and clarify when the ownership of the merchandise takes place. Incoterms-2000, which took effect on January 1, 2000, is the seventh edition of the publication. The revisions incorporated since the 1990 edition are spelled out.
