This book is an edition of what transpired at meetings of the Paris Faculty of Theology in the years 1523 to November 1533. It completes the edition of Paris, BnF ms. nouv. acq. lat. 1782 begun by Alexandre Clerval for the years 1505 to 1522. In it the Paris theologians discuss and delegate members to study various issues of the day, some banal like academic matters, others momentous, such as the Faculty's opposition to the Protestant Reformation. A frequent tool employed by the Faculty is the censorship (or approval) of books.
