Cream-colored booklet with "Astoria Oregon" written on the left side in red ink inside a water motif. On the right side is written in black ink: "Eighth... Annual Regatta Street Fair and Carnival August 26-31st, 1901; Souvenir...Programme." On the back is an advertisement for Hoefler's candy store in black and red ink and a decorative border that fills the entire space. The booklet was held together by two staples on the left side, but now only has the top one. Several pages are falling out, and the front and back covers are completely off. 6" x 9.5"
