The Book of Cries

This is a collection of Town Crier's Cries. Town Criers are the Poet Laureates of the City, Town or Village they represent and as such are continually writing laudatory cries about their municipality. The Book of Cries is a collection of 10 years of this particular form of verse. A Cry is125 words maximum and is written on a topic that is presented to the crier . A cry is delivered in the criers voice some at 100 decibels.
