"Liability of the State and the Municipalities for Damage: Administrative-Law Aspects". The monograph analyzes in great depth the interpretative practice of Bulgaria's Supreme Court of Cassation and Supreme Administrative Court concerning the liability of the state and the municipalities for damage. It examines both the substantive side and the procedural side of relevant Bulgarian legislation and looks at the development of the regulatory framework. The author makes a number of proposals to improve the regulatory framework and provides guidelines for legal practitioners.
