Native education '81

Prepared at request of Chief William Beaver following author's 1980 visit to Demarais in northern Alberta. Purpose to aid Bigstone Band as members consider how best to improve education system in the area and how to negotiate for Indian takeover of education of their people. Also includes excerpts from report by Robert J. Jones which deals with native control of education in Saskatchewan.
