On every page Tamil original is given on top, followed by English verse translation, and the third part on each page contains notes on difficult phrases and words. Most of the verses in English tries to carry over formal equivalence to Tamil verse pattern by using "initial rhymes" as in the SL text. This is new to English poetry which has only end rhymes.
