About This Book

Terry Deary never disappoints. I am a bit older than his intended audience, but have enjoyed his writing for years. The Tudors are like something out of a reality show. We have Henry the VIII, and his six wives - two of whom were lucky to get out alive - political discontent, pomp, pageantry, sibling rivalry . . . if the Tudor era was a television show I'd bet it would be called 'Fortunes and Farthingales', or, considering Henry's many marriages, 'Cads and Codpieces'
