The Postglacial Vegetation History in Southwestern Bulgaria

The present book synthesizes the results from the palynological and paleoecological studies of the Late Quaternary vegetation history conducted in the montane area of Southwestern Bulgaria along the the Struma river. The book will be of interest and use to scientists working in palynology, paleoecology, paleogeography, paleoclimatology, landscape ecology, forestry and archaeology.
