Learn desktop graphics and design on the PC

This is a very simple guide to the use of computer graphics in the PC environment. At this writing, the originally included software is dated, but many of the concepts are still useful as illustrating the way in which different effects and results can be accomplished. It was the first non-technical introductory book (that is, not intended for graphics-arts wanna-bes) on computer graphics when published. A quick check on the 'net suggests it still is.
