God Save the Child

Spenser has a new case in hand: a distraught (?) couple ask him to find their missing son. Problem is, the boy, about sixteen, is complicit in his own "kidnapping" by a gay bodybuilder who's into some pretty shady rackets with the collusion of doctors and police. With protection like this, what chance does Spenser have?
