Reports of the Committees on the Status of Women Faculty

A collection of committee reports from various MIT schools, concerning the status of current women faculty. Each report documents bias against women faculty, ranging from inequities in compensation and resources, to more subtle forms of marginalization, such as exclusion from subtantive decisions at the departmental level.
