About This Book
Wilton households existing in Cornwall, England were located in Lanreath Parish in 1523 during a survey for loan taxes for King Henry VIII. This has provided conclusive proof that the Cornish line of Wiltons does indeed originate in that immediate area and that the derivation of the Wilton surname is linked to the Wilton properties there. Early lineal linkages, emerging lines and connecting links are given.
