Chicago shiver

Harry Pines returns to Chicago from Oahu to help a friend whose husband called 9-1-1 to a Gold Coast condo where the police find a beautiful model strangled dead in her bed, and the caller shot and unconscious atop her, and while he is investigating, Harry is blocked by a pair of professional killers, a cop who may be covering up and by the Governor.
