Pooh's magic wishes

This colorful storybook follows Pooh through a day when he believes he can grant all of his friends' wishes. As parents read the story, children have a highlighted rhyming refrain to repeat throughout. The read-along element provides children with an opportunity to contribute to the storytelling, while associating reading with the special times shared with a caregiver. The extension activities at teh end of the book encourage children to find rhyming words for the common objects that they see. There are also ideas for imaginative play involving wishes and dreams.
