FAO catalogue of small-scale fishing gear =

As a teacher in fishing gear technology, this catalogue has been very useful in my classes about this theme. It shows different fishing gear designs used in artisanal fisheries all over the world, and give us ideas for it application in places (countries) where such designs could be applied.
But… the edition is very old (1975). Fisheries and fishing gear evolution are frequent and I think that also the information about these items should be also updated more frequently.
