Carla Chaim

The book on Carla Chaim (São Paulo 1983) traces the trajectory of this young artist, presenting works in different formats: drawings, sculptures, video installations and video performances that explore the body in its imperfection and inability to become an exact mechanism. In the work of the artist, the body would respond to the desire for liberation of a system of control of a society that imposes, more and more rules.
