About This Book

This book provides readers with an overview of certain elements of the Babylonian religion. It goes on to show how the Babylonian religion along with the religion of the ancient Egyptians was assimulated into the ancient Greek and Roman religion before eventually making its way into our modern world through Roman Catholicism which the author believes has replaced biblical Christianity. The book focuses primarily on the Greek and Roman names attributed to the Babylonian deities and shows how these gods were repackaged and presented as "patron saints." In addition, the book points to other elements of paganism which have been brought into the modern world. It promotes the idea that these varied religious ideologies will help to usher in a "new world order."
