Yearly juried art event organized by Casa de la Cultura where artists from the state of Nuevo León in México are awarded and their works promoted and exhibited. Categories entered are painting, graphic art, photography, tridimensional works and mix techniques. Some artists: Conchita Benavides Rayo Carmona, Colectivo Lucha Libre, Mayra Silva. An good reference for artists working on the border with the United States.
