My favorite color is pink but I like black very much

This photo essay by Talita Virginia de Lima (Brazil) is personal and reflects the violence that is experienced daily in the city of Sao Paulo. Talita expresses in her work the perspective of a child (who in the photographs is her younger sister Jady and is the author of the drawings) dressed in pink. The color black has a strong reference to the weapon her father, José Simplicio de Lima, a ROTA policeman, carries with him all the time.
