"1 Decembrie 1918 a rămas în mentalul colectiv ca data la care idealul românilor a fost îndeplinit, în fată deschizându-se o nouă etapă, aceea a conștientizării și punerii în aplicare a consecințelor ce au urmat acestui act, crearea României Mari. Momentul a fost marcat de către Facultatea de Istorie, Universitatea din București, prin organizarea împreună cu Cercul de Istorie Contemporană Românească în perioada 19-20 aprilie2018 a conferinței 'România 100' la care au particiat peste 40 de studenți, masteranzi și doctoranzi din 7 universități din țară. December 1, 1918 remained in the collective mind as the date on which the ideal of the Romanians was fulfilled, opening a new stage, that of awareness and implementation of the consequences that followed this act, the creation of Greater Romania. The moment was marked by the Faculty of History, University of Bucharest, by organizing together with the Romanian Contemporary History Circle between April 19-20, 2018 the conference 'Romania 100' attended by over 40 students, masters and doctoral students from 7 universities from around the country. This volume contains the best selected studies and reflects the research of young historians on political, economic and social developments in Romania over the past 100 years
