A study of multicultural teacher training components in teacher education programs and teaching practices

The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between the extent to which teachers were exposed to multicultural education components in their preservice training and the extent to which they use the components in their current teaching. Specific intervening variables investigated were age, ethnicity, years of teaching experience, and level of educational attainment.
