The new law of negotiable instruments

Assists attorneys to identify the ambiguities inherent in the law of negotiable instruments. Clarifies, through discussion of applicable cases, the ways in which courts resolve these ambiguities. Revised UCC Articles 3 and 4 clarified many ambiguities but also raise a host of new questions. Also contains: a summary of the rights of parties in common scenarios; an "algorithm" designed to help determine whether a particular writing is a negotiable instrument, ; a glossary; and a detailed index.
