A medieval letter from Italy

I have a very old copy of this letter. It is in an envelope postal mark 1911. It iswritten on old paper eithr brown or turned brown. It has been in my possession for about 40 years. It was given to me by an aunt. The envelope was to a Hannah Ashley. Would you have any other information on this letter, or know someone in the New Bedford area that I could show it to.
