Study of the three Alaska-British Columbia-Yukon conferences held between 1960 to 1964, including a review of the historical background to the meetings, an overview of the issues discussed, the results, and a consideration of the participants, with a view to illuminating the nature of interests which create provincial government involvement in international matters.
