A Cornish vengeance

Silas Venning, millionaire owner of a luxury yacht company, is found hanged in a remote Cornish wood. It looks like suicide - but his widow, celebrated artist Laura Anstey, doesn't think so. She enlists Loveday Ross to help prove her suspicions. But there can be no doubts about the killing of Venning's former employee Brian Penrose - not when he's mown down by a hit-and-run driver right in front of Loveday's boyfriend, DI Sam Kitto.
