A Nameless Sin

A romantic tragedy in the style of East Lynn. It tells of a young woman seduced by the knowledge that she may claim an inheritance but only on the condition that she is unmarried. Tempted she leaves her husband to gain a richer life style. Her husband mourns her loss and never gives up searching for her.

However his wife Laure commits an even greater sin by giving up her child for adoption. The reconciliation between Laure and her husband Owen and their child is tragic made even more so by the fact that Laure is now a bigamist.
