From the window and balcony of her apartment in the Jardim de Alah neighborhood of Salvador, BA, photographer Flávia Cirne documented in the last ten years the day to day of people who circulate on her street. From my window it shows the delicate daily life of people living in a large city and showing everything from the social inequalities and difficulties of the relationship with people and their places, to the delicate relationship that passers-by establish with their place. "My photographs have been taken over the last ten years, on the third floor of a building, on a slope that goes from the favela to the sea. I try to show a look from the inside out, in front of lights, colors, dark, sounds and silences. From the gathering of the house to the horizon of the sea", says Flavia.
