Prison Divest

This zine, made by members of Columbia Prison Divest and S.A.M.I. (Students Against Mass Incarceration) during the 2014-2015 school year at Columbia University, provides basic information about private prison companies and mass incarceration. There is information about Columbia's ownership of shares in the Corrections Corporation of America and G4S, and a mention of a February 2015 meeting Columbia Prison Divest had with University President Lee Bollinger. The zine discusses the groups' visions, including responsible investment in communities.
